My purchases are missing.Open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases". Purchases belong to your Apple Account, so they come back on any device.

How does the Halloween Calendar work?Every October a new spooky-cute puzzle opens each day, 31 in all. Missed days stay open until the event ends on November 2. Clearing a day can win a Nook treasure: free players get one every 5 days and on Halloween, and the Purr-mpkin Pass gives every day's treasure.

Where are Mallow's costumes?In Mallow's Nook, tap Costumes. Tap Mallow once while she wears one to see her costume trick.

I can't find the last cat!Use the Whisker Lens hint, or hold your finger on the scene with Purr Radar on: the purr gets stronger as you get close.

Is there a timer?No time limits. A little clock races your best time, and beating it gives bonus yarn, but you can always take it slow.

Does it need internet?No, you can play offline. Purchases and ads need a connection.

How do I remove ads?Tap "Remove ads once" on the Play tab. It's a one-time purchase, never a subscription.

How do I start over?Settings > Start over. Your purchases stay.
